Finished! Horgle, the Anvil

This one was a lot of fun, the perfect set up for some widespread OSL. A great sculpt as well, some folks balk at some of Privater Press's sculpts but the troll range is pretty solid.

Finished! Trollbloods Support

A couple couples of Trollblood support units. Painted to tabletop quality, don't judge me.

First, the Northkin Shamans

Second, a pair of Sorcerers.

WIP Deathwatch Overkill

This one is a little more time consuming but pack a good amount of variety which I enjoy. The following pictures were taken over the last couple weeks. Fifty minis to crack into at once.

For the genestealer side I wanted to try something different and spent a little more time on the zenithal undercoat. Then I hit them with a coat of deep shader from the Army Painter line. For the skin I then mixed up some light ivory and painted on more textures. Taking some inspiration from the sketch style of painting I've been seeing lately.

This last picture was taken today. Just getting a head start on tomorrow's work :)

Finished! Madrak Ironhide, Great Chieftan

Continuing to roll out some finished pieces from this last month. This time it's Madrkak, Great Chieftan. This was painted to a nicer tabletop standard. Nothing too crazy but also a little extra attention because he's the leader after all.

Stay Tuned!

Finished! Lylyth, Reconing of Everyblight

Blasting through the snow at break neck speeds, and she's not bringing presents. Unless you like cold steel, baby.

Tabletop Minons Expo 2017

Or TMX for short. Over this last weekend Adam and co of Tabletop Minions put on the first ever TMX. I was asked to teach some seminar style classes where people were free to walk up to the table as I explained a few chosen techniques.

The response was incredible. I felt I was right in my element talking paint at great length and fielding lots of questions. Thanks to everyone who attended those classes :)

This was the first time around so there weren't many expectations, just to enjoy some time nerding out. Demos abound, here are a few table shots.

Unfortunately I did get pictures of everything, I was in and out and keeping to my class and eating schedule. Shout out to Gaddis Gaming.

Stay tuned!

Finished! Blight Queen

The princess of pustulence herself, the Blight Queen. This project was a lot of fun, I love painting and always say that but lately I've been trying to add more edge and feeling to my models.

Thanks for staying tuned, I've been so caught up in work lately I haven't had as much time to blog. Which is the very activity that brings me work, one of them at least. Funny how that works.

Stay tuned! I have some classes to announce in the near future :)
